Sunita Bapooji speaks about Sookshma meditation

Sunita Bapooji speaks at Surrey Arts Center in Aug 2008 during the workshop series ‘ABCs of life – Abundance, Bliss, Creativiity in Life’. She spoke about her experiences as a Child and how Yoga and Meditation became her Life. She also emphasized how Giving is important in life and that Giving is Love.
